Terrible Customer Service!

I am incredibly frustrated with Capital One. Every time I need help, their customer service is a complete waste of time. I’ve spent hours on hold, only to be passed around from one department to another without any real solution. My issue remains unresolved, and their lack of urgency is shocking. If you're looking for reliable and helpful service, I would not recommend Capital One.
