Really Disappointed with Commerzbank's Service

I've been banking with Commerzbank for a while now, but honestly, I'm starting to regret it. Their mobile banking app is a mess – it crashes all the time, and when it works, it’s super slow. I’ve tried calling their customer service a few times, but every time I end up waiting on hold for what feels like forever. When I finally got through, they didn’t really solve my issue. I’ve had enough and am seriously considering switching to a different bank.
