To redeem my reward points of my saving account they are charging me 99 Rs + GST. If I am redeeming my points which I have earned why should I pay the fee. It is looting. If I am buying a voucher of 250, then I need to pay around 150 rs extra as a fee+ GST which is not fair. These banks loot us in name of fee which makes no sense sometime.
