Complicated Processes

Opening an account or applying for a loan at HSBC is a real hassle. The steps are too complicated and take forever. Every time I try to sort out a problem, it feels like a huge struggle with endless paperwork and red tape. It's frustrating and makes me question if it's worth the effort. HSBC really needs to simplify and speed up their processes.
