Awful to work with

Fifth Third Bank is awful to work with. I planned to set up mortgage auto-pay with a non-Fifth-Third bank, I had to mail them a paper form. Once the auto-pay was activated there was no notification. Moreover, the bank started charging me a fees which was not mentioned to me before and when I called the bank what this fee was about, the representative said that this was for the auto-pay that I was using. It was $34 a month. I have never seen a bank that is so lousy and shady and they are not cancelling my auto-pay. Worst bank ever.
