Santander’s Service Sucks

Man, Santander UK is just the worst. I’ve had non-stop issues with them. Tried sorting out a simple issue, but all I got was a runaround. Spent ages on hold and got transferred to like 5 different people who couldn't help. It’s like they’re just passin’ the buck. Every time I go into a branch, it’s either packed or there's no one there who can actually assist. Honestly, it feels like they don’t care at all about their customers. If you’re thinkin’ of banking with them, do yourself a favour and look somewhere else. Total nightmare.
