RBC needs to step up their game

I’ve been a long-time customer of RBC, but lately, I’m seriously questioning why I’m still banking here. The online banking platform is a mess—glitches, slow loading, and even random logouts. It’s 2024, and I expect a seamless digital experience, but RBC feels stuck in the past. Customer service isn’t much better; I’ve waited on hold for over an hour just to get a simple question answered, only to be met with vague responses and no real solution. Plus, the hidden fees keep creeping up. I get that banks need to make money, but transparency would be nice. Honestly, it’s frustrating, and I’m ready to explore other options that offer better service and tech without all the headaches.
