Hi! I am a personal account holder of BNP Paribas, 83 Avenue Jean Jaurès. And I have to say, the bank needs improvement in their communication network. I was attempting to work out a successful online wire transfer, but Somehow, I was being denied access to my online banking account even after I tried entering my username and passcode nearly about five to six-time, I thought that maybe I could have been entering the wrong passcode or there must have been a slight mistake in entering the username, but I rechecked and it was okay. So being worried that several wrong attempts might lead to my account being blocked, I called up the customer service number, after waiting 20 minutes over the telephonic voice monitoring, I was told by the customer care executive that the server was temporarily down for service maintenance and was told that It would be resolved within 15 minutes. So I waited for another 15 minutes but the issue didn’t get resolved. So I called up gain but this time no response and the third time the executive was somehow not able to understand me. The issue got resolved a day later and I could not transfer funds that day on an urgent basis. This is the one thing about my bank that has troubled me the most. Wont recommend the bank to much people.
