Terrible Experience with BNP Pariba

I’ve had nothing but issues with this Bank. Their customer service is slow and unhelpful, making simple tasks unnecessarily difficult. I had to wait for hours on the phone just to resolve a small issue with my account. They charge hidden fees, and their mobile app is glitchy. Overall, I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Very disappointing!
