Vietcombank is a very good bank, and has excellent personal savings account facility and has good customer support services, unlike many banks that I have visited. Vietcombank offers interesting offers that I usually opt for on my savings account. It has a lot of ATMs that are available in almost every major location. Very good and interesting!
