I have opted for the Auto savings account service from Vietcombank and the auto savings product registration has a tedious process attached to it. I faced an issue once with the verification of my ID/passport registration where they could not match my signatures to the ones I gave them and I told the staff that this could be the fault of the machine, but they took time to understand and asked me to come again next week. And thus, it took me more than 4 weeks before I could sign up for the Auto Savings Account.
