Unhelpful staff

I had a frustrating experience with CIMB Bank recently. I visited a local branch to open an account and waited over an hour, only to be met with unhelpful staff. They didn’t clearly list the required documents online, which caused delays. Additionally, when I tried to resolve an issue with my online banking access, customer service was unresponsive and didn’t follow up. To top it off, I found unexpected fees on my statement that weren’t explained during the account setup. Overall, I’m quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend CIMB Bank.
