JPMorgan Chase has crap service. I transferred an international wire. Firstly they charged me a hefty amount for the transfer and I even paid that. However, they have been holding that money for 3 weeks now. I had to send $8000 to my mother but it is of no use since JPMorgan decided to keep my money on hold. No online response even customer service executives aren’t picking up the phone. Avoid the bank it is of no use.
