Useless YONO app for NRI

I am holding NRO and NRE account. SBI digital platform doesn't provide any features other than balance checking and transfer. Almost every year, need to reKYC with same set of documents Things cannot do: Cheque book request ATM request KYC update Address update Phone number update For every thing need to visit the branch.
