poor customer support

Yaani, dealing with Emirates NBD has been quite the struggle, wallah! I opened an account thinking it would be smooth, but the whole process was such a headache. The customer service? La, bro, it's like they don't care. I waited over an hour just to speak to someone, and when I finally did, they kept pushing me from one person to another. And the fees, khalli walli, they just keep adding up! Every time I check my account, there's some new charge I didn’t even know about. Seriously, this bank needs to fix up their service, yalla!
