Terrible experience
I had a terrible experience with this bank. Their customer service is unhelpful, and I had to wait for hours just to get a simple issue resolved. The staff seemed disinterested, and I felt like my concerns were completely ignored. Definitely not the reliable service I was expecting. Would not recommend.
