Frustrating Experience with Poor Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with this bank. The customer service was unresponsive, and resolving even a minor issue took weeks. Hidden fees appeared on my account without explanation, and the online banking system was constantly glitching. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable services. Truly disappointing.
