poor customer support

Honestly, Barclays is just a joke. I've had nothing but issues with them. Tried to get help with a simple problem, but all I got was a long wait and even worse customer service. Spent ages on the phone, only to be transferred around like a hot potato. They just don't seem to care about their customers at all. Plus, every time I go into the branch, it's like a ghost town – no one around to help. Seriously, if you value your sanity, stay away from Barclays. It's like they’re just out to make banking as painful as possible.
