In collaboration with Truworth Wellness, the bank has introduced an improved Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support employees and their families. This includes:
Confidential counselling services: Professional support for employees and their dependents (spouse and children) to address anxiety, stress and personal issues.
24/7 mental health support: A toll-free helpline ensuring round-the-clock access to mental health resources.
Digital wellness tools: Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven apps offering therapy sessions, guided wellness programmes, mood tracking and webinars.
Personalised well-being programmes: Interactive dashboards, habit-building tools and discounts on health-related services.
