Unprofessional behavior at HDFC Bangalore branch

I visited this branch multiple times over the past few weeks to address a complaint regarding an issue with my account. Despite my repeated efforts, the branch manager showed no interest in resolving the problem. The manager was rude and dismissive, hardly giving me a few minutes to explain my situation before cutting me off. Even after patiently waiting for my turn and trying to speak to him multiple times, he seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. I left each time feeling unheard and frustrated. It’s shocking how a reputed bank like HDFC allows such unprofessional behavior from its staff, especially someone in a managerial position. If this is how customers are treated, I can’t imagine how others might be struggling to get their issues resolved. I would advise anyone thinking of visiting this branch to reconsider and look for better alternatives.
